Capital Markets, Regulations & Governance Counsel

In this newly created central role, you will support KNDS’ ambition to transition into and operate within a listed-company environment. Working from the General Counsel’s office, you will focus on regulatory and governance matters, including disclosure obligations, market abuse regulations and insider dealing rules. In close cooperation with senior management, Compliance, Investor Relations, external advisers and regulators, you will help embed these requirements in a clear and robust Group governance framework.

Profile

  • law degree obtained at a European university
  • approximately 8–12 years of professional experience
  • trained within a Capital Markets/Financial regulations related practice
  • experience interacting with EU regulators is a plus
  • fluent in English, with French or German as an advantage
