Commercial Legal Counsel

You are primarely concerned with providing pragmatic advice on general corporate and commercial law matters, among which and drafting international commercial contracts. This includes IP aspects and competition law. Also, you provide face-to-face legal training to the in-house business teams and support them in case of commercial (litigation) disputes. This role reports directly to the General Counsel.
Profile
- Master’s degree in law and living in the Netherlands
- 3-7 years PQE gained in an international (FMCG) environment as an in-house counsel/lawyer
- knowledge of corporate and commercial law including sound contract drafting skills
- business oriented and fluent in English
- German, Spanish or Dutch is a plus
