You are a trusted legal adviser to Forbion’s investment teams, supporting transactions from origination through execution to portfolio follow-up. You combine legal advice with transaction management, stakeholder coordination and business partnering. Together with the Chief Legal Risk & Compliance Officer and wider team, you strengthen Forbion’s legal platform as the firm continues to grow and professionalise.
Profile
- qualified lawyer with approximately 8 to 12 years’ experience, preferably including in-house exposure
- strong background in (investment) transactions
- experience with venture capital, private equity, life sciences or another investment-driven environment
- independent and pragmatic, with sound legal judgement in a fast-moving environment
- collaborative, trusted and committed to high ethical standards, fluent in Dutch
