You are a strategic business partner for the NL business operations and the Dutch management team, supporting all commercial and legal activities and ensuring integrity and compliance throughout the organization. You negotiate complex (international) managed print and PC deals with (multinational) customers. Furthermore you advise and train the business on a wide range of issues related to i.a. (public) tenders, competition law and data protection law. Hereto you work closely together with management, business and other functions.
Profile
- qualified in Dutch law
- 8 or more years legal experience
- highly experienced in international commercial contracting
- solution oriented, pragmatic, flexible
- strong business sense, can do mentality
- fluent in Dutch and English
