Legal Counsel

As the sole and first inhouse legal counsel for the Dutch business you will be in charge of all the legal internal affairs and provide legal support on a diverse spectrum of corporate and commercial legal issues. The role will have a high focus on drafting, reviewing and negotiating a variety of commercial contracts and keeping the corporate housekeeping up to date and compliant. You will work closely together with local management, group legal located in Paris and external counsels.
Profile
- Dutch law degree and living in the Netherlands
- 3-6 years of work experience gained at a law firm and/or as inhouse legal counsel
- solid knowledge of corporate law and commercial contracts
- proactive selfstarter with ‘getting things done’ – attitude
- fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus
