You will provide legal support across oil & gas projects, including drafting and negotiating contracts, advising on joint ventures, operational agreements, and corporate structures. You’ll also support litigation, regulatory monitoring, and represent the company in legal forums. The role requires close collaboration with business development and technical teams.
Profile
- interim professional
- preferably experience with the (upstream) oil & gas industry
- strong basis in contract, commercial, and corporate law
- fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
- proactive self-starter, able to work independently and in teams
Proposition
- responsible rol as sole Counsel
- truly international and multidisciplinary setting
- project for at least 6 months, probably longer
- there may be an opportunity to convert this interim role into a permanent position
- per direct or as soon as possible, 2 to 3 days per week, Rotterdam region
- possibility to combine with other projects or clients
