Together with your legal colleagues you will help the business to improve and innovate as much as possible while keeping the legal risks to a minimum. Your primary focus will be reviewing and negotiating a variety of agreements, such as commercial contracts, NDA’s and DPA’s. While doing so you are in direct contact with colleagues from other departments. You are also responsible to maintain Recruitee’s GDPR- compliance and will update knowledge resources on legal topics for the business.
Profile
- master’s degree in law
- 2-6 years of legal experience, preferably as a legal counsel at a SaaS company
- experience with reviewing, drafting and negotiating contracts
- knowledge of data protection and privacy
- fluent in English, working knowledge of Dutch (and/or German) is a plus
