You provide commercially balanced legal advice and assistance to the business to support the strategic goals. You negotiate and draft documentation for commercial transactions, both on the sales and procurement side, as well as joint development agreements, contract research agreements and cooperation agreements. Furthermore, you provide training to the business to enhance legal awareness. You will work closely together with management in Europe and Asia Pacific and act as a proactive business partner.
Profile
- 6+ years of working experience
- ideally gained as lawyer and in-house counsel, in a similar industry (specialty
chemicals or ingredients) and an international setting - solid knowledge of general contract law
- specific experience with IP, procurement and competition law is preferred
- team player, self-starter and strong communicator, fluent in English
