self-starter with business sense
As a member of both a multidisciplinary M&A team and the European legal team, you will support the growth ambition from a legal perspective. You will oversee and manage the entire lifecycle of M&A transactions in the Netherlands, United Kingdom and UK and across international vertical markets. Also, you will be first point of contact for legal matters of the business units in the Netherlands and UK.
Profile
- Master degree in law preferably from a Dutch university
- approximatively 6 – 8 years work experience gained at a lawfirm and/or in-house
- good knowledge of and experience with (negotiating) M&A transactions
- commercial contracting experience is a plus
- proactive, energetic self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset
