Cita graduated from Breda University of Applied Sciences (BUas) with a degree in International Leisure & Event Management. During her studies, she discovered her passion for organizing, creating structure, and designing meaningful experiences. Along the way, she developed a strong eye for detail, organization, and hospitality. Cita began her career at Governance People in the Front Office, where she gained a thorough understanding of the organization and its way of working. Building on this foundation, she progressed into her current role as Event & Office Manager. In this position, she is responsible for the planning and coordination of events while also contributing to a professional and welcoming working environment. With a focus on quality, structure, and collaboration, she helps ensure that both events and day-to-day office operations run smoothly and efficiently. Cita enjoys combining creativity, organization, and personal attention in her work. She is passionate about creating events that are not only rich in content, but also leave a lasting impression through their atmosphere and overall experience. Art, culture, and unique venues are an important source of inspiration for her.
