His interest in data emerged during his Business Administration studies and developed into a strong expertise in AI and data analytics. At Legal People, he will take on the role of Data & Intelligence Analyst.
I do not come from a legal background, and that is precisely where my strength lies. I bring a fresh perspective on how the search process can be made more efficient and consistent. My starting point is always to clearly define the challenge, the information needs, and the key questions, because the quality of the answers depends on the quality of the questions being asked. I have a strong analytical mindset, but I believe it is equally important to share new ways of working with colleagues so that the entire organisation can benefit and grow stronger. Technology enables consultants to make better-informed decisions by providing sharper insights, but ultimately, decision-making remains a human responsibility.
