As Legal Counsel you provide legal advice on a broad range of legal matters, focusing on the business activities of the Vopak Group in the Europe and Africa region. You work closely with management teams of terminals and the business in general. Together with your legal colleagues, you are responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, NDA’s and general terms and conditions. Further you advise on business development activities.
Profile
- qualified legal professional
- with approximately 5 years of work experience at a law firm or as Legal Counsel in international setting
- knowledge of and experience with commercial contracts
- self-starter, pro-active and business minded
- ambition to further develop within the legal department of Vopak
